When I first went gluten free, and was in the throes of figuring out what that even meant exactly, I remember feeling so grateful that fruits, vegetables, meats, nuts, beans, and many grains, actually, were naturally gluten free, and ones I could always fall back on when I didn’t know what else to eat.
