(comment_content) => This was so flavorful! I substituted lemon juice for orange and poppy seeds for chia because thats what I had and still turned out so good. I just sprinkled the seeds on top instead of putting them in the dressing, so they didn’t swell up. Thanks for another great recipe !

Only change I did was to use our favourite vegan cheese https://violifefoods.com/ instead of regular feta. Will definitely keep this recipe and make again this fall with apples as suggested. (comment_content) => This is the PERFECT summer salad! I had peaches I needed to use up. Do NOT skip making the delicious tahini dressing. It’s amazing and a half. I added some blueberries and used toasted almonds and hemp seeds. I also used salad greens mix instead of Brussel sprouts since I didn’t have any. If you love sweet and tangy this is a must try.
